Situated within the historical town of Chora, one of the most unique island settlements in Greece, the house was built around 1595 with subsequent additions and restorations.
The house with its typical Patmian plan is on two separate but connected levels; on the first level there are two double bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, a den (family area) and a toilet with shower.
The second level, which can be independently entered, has a double bed room, a large living-dining room, kitchenette and a toilet with a shower- these rooms open on to a large terrace with splendid views of the town and the Mediterranean sea.
On the lower level, the house has covered porches and a landscape patio- walled in from the street to give privacy to the house. The house is furnished with traditional Patmian furniture.
